Learn how to free yourself from anxieties with these 16 steps

  1. Breathe, always breathe, relax, and breathe again, focus on the present breath

  2. Experience the present world with all 6 senses (including emotional and mental awareness) like it was an art piece

  3. Get in nature, garden

  4. Create art

  5. Yoga and other physical activity

  6. Connect with your most loving ideal self/friends/family everyday

  7. Gratefulness Journal

  8. Blessing Challenge (Bless one person everyday)

  9. Make a plan (with your anxious energy OR try Bullet Journaling)

  10. Focus on everything great about you and world instead of your "anxiety problem"

  11. take meds, drink lots of water, eat vegetables, avoid sugar and caffeine, consume a high protein diet

  12. Pray

  13. Read and learn about virtuous, beautiful, excellent, true, and pure things

  14. Play, whatever that means to you

  15. Sit with your anxiety, sit with the thing that makes you anxious, see it for what it really is
