Everybody can can grow. It is my joy and privilege to hold sacred space as you breakthrough, heal, and overflow with new life.

MY STORY

As a transformational coach, teacher, and professional counselor, I enjoy the privilege of holding sacred space for people like you, to grow.

I struggled with profound anxiety and depression for most of my life. But with some time and some courage, some help from friends and family, and some evidence-based practices, I now find myself more fulfilled than ever.

Though my family and I escaped abject 3rd world poverty, our drive to make the American Dream real had its costs. My deepest mission and joy is to help families move from a surviving state to a thriving state.

If you have a teen who hides their greatness OR needs a space to find their direction, I'd love to meet them. I was that teen.

Finally, religious faith was an integral part of my journey to healing and hope, power and fulfillment, love and peace. Though religion is not necessary to find healing, greatness, and love, I am open to helping you integrate your religious faith, whatever it is, into your own transformational journey.
